The mission of the Greater Northern Virginia Comedy and Film Festival is to offer a platform for local and national comedians to showcase their talents (Stand up, Film Production, Show Production and Comedic Shorts) as well as to educate and inspire with Panel Discussions, Round Tables and Industry Exhibits.
This multi-day festival is open to District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia Comedians, Producers as well as Comedy Enthusiasts.
GNOVA Comedy Fest includes many events and there are also opportunities within the Events to Network and Hang out with fellow comedians, casting agents and show producers.
Want to be a part of the 2019 Greater Northern Virginia Comedy and Film Festival? We want you to be a part, too! Specifically, the GNOVA team is looking for comedic acts for this inaugural event. We showcase some of the best local and national talent during the festival, so our team will be looking for polished acts.
There is a cash prize as well as the opportunity to open for a national headliner.
Performers will be notified of their acceptance by August 1, 2019.
